There is nothing formal for you to prepare before we have our session together. However, to get best results, just spend think about what isn't working for you at the moment. This is both in your business and life.

Are the end of the workshop you will have a clear plan and series of easy to follow documents you can keep nearby to always remind you what you need to do going forwards.

Most Alignment Workshops are held online using Zoom or an equivalent service because most coaching clients are distributed over a wide range of locations.

One month after the workshop we will have a ninety minute call together to check you progress, ensure you stay motivated and discuss any blockers that may have come up. The aim being to keep you on track to building a business that you love and which gives you the life you want.
